Experience is necessary.
Good driving record is mandatory.
Pay is $19.
29 per hour.
Monday through Friday 4:
30pm-11pm Office cleaning, restroom cleaning, break room cleaning, lobby cleaning etc.
We are looking to hire and train for long term employment asap.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors - Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies - Perform floor care duties, including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors - Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures - Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs - Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures - Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent time management skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time Note:
