Responsibilities:
Successful delivery of projects to specification, time and budget
Key owner of project deliverables .
Participate in and/or run client meetings.
Materially shaping the project to get the maximum positive outcome, and really loving, caring and fretting about the results; that the business will like the application, that it can be easily supported and enhanced
Ensuring all deliverables are built to the appropriate quality - and personally reviewing all deliverables before delivery to client.
Giving feedback on technical documents. Even if the document is highly technical, the PM should be giving it the 'once over' if only to check spelling, grammar and presentation.
Run daily SCRUM meetings, maintain notes and action items, with daily follow-through on action items
Deliver weekly status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Organize sprint planning and sprint retrospective meetings.
Consulting with experienced software architects on best-practice e.g. an appropriate development process e.g. RUP and software engineering disciplines e.g. continuous build.
Work closely with technical leads to ensure that risks are identified early in the sprint, communicated to the client, and mitigation plans identified for each risk.
Work closely with QA to determine any risks due to defects found, and prioritize the issues for resolution by the development team
Working with the UX team to ensure that creative deliverables are delivered to the development team on time.
Requirements:

years in project management role, having lead a number of commercial, complex, enterprise systems with significant client facing and team management responsibility
3
years experience implementing and/or running projects using SCRUM or AGILE
Demonstrated experience in a client-facing consulting, project management or delivery capacity delivering large scale software projects on-time and on budget (not delivering software implementations such as a CRM or SAP implementation)
Managed integration of multi-tiered distributed systems development projects - preferably in the digital media space
Managed projects from conception - i.e. starting from a blank sheet of paper - not just post requirements and design
Successfully managed project teams of 7
people
Must understand complex technical requirements at a high level that can be translated in layman terms to internal and external stakeholders
Familiarity with SDLC, content management software, project management tools.
Familiarity and understanding of digital media technologies and business models (i.e. VOD, SVOD, etc) a huge plus.
BA/BS Degree or equivalent technical degree
PMP or PMI certificate highly desired
SCRUM Master certification preferred

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
