Executive/Personal Assistant Job in Solana Beach, CA

Ajilon is partnering with a private international investment firm to fill anExecutive/Personal Assistantposition for their office in Solana Beach, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to get in with a well-established and constantly growing company, as well as work alongside the CEO + CEO s family. To be considered, candidates MUST possess a minimum of 6 years experiencein an Executive Assistant role and must have strong multi-tasking + prioritization skills. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with an annual salary around $110,000 PLUS bonus, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct support to the CEO (personal and professional)
  • Screening incoming calls and emails and responding when appropriate
  • Coordinating travel arrangements (flights, transportation, hotels)
  • Creating detailed itineraries and ensuring CEO knows where to be and when
  • Scheduling personal appointments and running errands as needed
  • Maintaining calendar and scheduling meetings
  • Assisting with event coordination for corporate and personal events
  • Processing expense reports and other reports as needed
  • Communicating with clients and assisting with inquiries
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations


  • At least 6 years of executive and/or personal assistant experience to a C-level professional
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to work with many personalities
  • Emotional maturity and exceptional work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter that needs little direction
  • Highly detail oriented and organized

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
